Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage Use your favorite brand, like Jimmy Dean, for best flavor.
  • 1 package cream cheese Ensure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce Adds depth of flavor to the filling.
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese Choose sharp cheddar for a stronger taste.
  • 2 cans Grands Jr flaky biscuits These form the perfect outer layer for your bites.

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Open the cans of Grands Jr flaky biscuits and separate them into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  4. Spoon about one tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold over the edges and pinch them together to seal in the filling.
  5. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Once baked, remove the bites from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
